At Community Care SA we believe that everybody needs a family. Every day, we help thousands of South Australians achieve their full potential. We work with people of all ages and abilities. Starting with a practical and emotional assessment of a person’s needs, we develop an individual support plan for each person, tailored to their specific needs. We view people as the most important asset we have, which is why we aim to be South Australia’s most nurturing care provider.
We offer both community nursing services and direct care services. We offer home based services tailored to each individual’s needs and also specific care services including social support, meal preparation and personal care.
