Community Care SA offers a variety of housing options, which include:

Short Term Accommodation (STA)

Short Term Accommodation (STA) is a temporary supported housing option that can be accessed through the Core funding of your plan and is available for a period of 2-6 weeks.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) serves as a temporary accommodation option for NDIS-approved participants who are transitioning to a more permanent home. To prevent inadequate housing situations, the NDIS provides funding for MTA for a duration of up to 90 days.

Eligibility for MTA is limited to NDIS participants who require temporary transitional housing while waiting for their more permanent home to be approved, become ready, or become available for use.

Respite Accommodation

Community Care SA provides adaptable respite care options, which range from a few days to an overnight stay, or a few hours each week. Our professional team ensures your comfort and can assist with funded activities as well as meal preparation.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent Living (SIL) refers to round-the-clock supported accommodation available in shared homes. We involve you in selecting suitable accommodation, and our aim is to help you live as independently as possible. Our accommodation options are located in metropolitan and regional areas.
